My name is Johnathan Bloodwolf Lopez, and I founded Ascending Shadows Production out of a deep passion for my Indigenous roots and a commitment to telling the stories that history has tried to erase. This company was born from the need to reclaim our narrative and share the truth of our people through powerful, visually compelling films. At Ascending Shadows Production, we focus on creating culturally grounded content from documentaries and educational films to PSAs and commercial work that honors Indigenous voices and brings visibility to our history, resilience, and ongoing presence.
